Student Parliament (Student Self-Government)

Goal of the Parliament:

To develop civic engagement, social competence, and civic responsibility skills among students; to cultivate a high-culture, humanistic citizen capable of social creativity and acting in the interests of personal, social, and state improvement.

Objectives of the Parliament:

  • Empowerment: To create conditions for the development of students’ abilities and interests within a unified legal space in schools, colleges, and universities, providing real opportunities to participate in the management of the educational organization.

  • Values Formation: To foster a positive attitude towards the norms of collective life and state laws, encouraging a desire to be useful to society and assist friends and peers in overcoming challenges.

  • Inclusion: To involve every student in the social life of the educational institution.

  • Personal Growth: To develop independent thinking and self-awareness, leadership skills, organizational knowledge, proficiency, and collective management and leadership abilities.

Principles of the Parliament:

The Parliament is based on the principles of mutual assistance and trust, a commitment to development, the equality of all students, and collective decision-making. It prioritizes the rights and interests of students, emphasizing humanity, transparency, volunteerism, integrity, and respect for partners.
