Library

The library events plan is approved by the College Director, and library services are provided in accordance with this plan. There are 4 computers connected to the Internet in the reading room to serve readers.

A large-scale library exhibition titled “Educated Generation – Future of the Nation” has been organized in the reading room for the educational process. The exhibition features sections such as:

• “The Constitution and State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

• “Presidential Addresses”

• “Kazakh Country – Eternal (Mangilik)”

• “The Country’s Future Begins Today”

• “South – My Native Land”

• “Reading College”

• “The Past is History”

• “Dictionaries and Reference Books”

All collected materials are designed to serve as teaching aids for both teachers and students.

In line with the college profile and curricula, the process of replenishing the book collection continues for the 2024-2025 academic year. According to technical specifications, 2,007 books in Kazakh and Russian (technical literature) and 192 fiction books were added to the collection for use in the educational process.

From September 16 to September 20, 2024, the “Road and Transport College” library held an Open House Day titled “The Library – A Place of Success” as part of the “Reading College” project. Additionally, participants were introduced to the bookcrossing area and methods for working with QR-coded books.

The library serves both students and teachers to continuously improve their knowledge. The reading room is fully equipped with all necessary facilities.
