The Board of Trustees of the Road and Transport College was first established and its composition approved by Order No. 3-4-150 of the College Director K.T. Toishiyev on September 2, 2009, based on Order No. 501 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 22, 2007.
In accordance with Article 44, Paragraph 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education” dated July 27, 2007, and the new edition of Order No. 355 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2017 (as amended by Order No. 56 of the Acting Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2023):
Chapter 2. Procedure for Electing the Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is elected by a commission established by the authorized body of the relevant sector or the local executive body in the field of education. The term of office for the Board of Trustees is 3 (three) years.
Based on these provisions, the Board of Trustees of the college was reconstituted with a new composition by Order No. 65 of the Head of the Shymkent Education Department, Zh.A. Tazhiyeva, on February 13, 2023.
Currently, the Board of Trustees of the college operates based on the Model Rules for organizing the work and the election procedure of the Board of Trustees in educational organizations, in accordance with the aforementioned orders.
Meetings of the Board of Trustees at the Road and Transport College are held quarterly according to the approved plan. Responsible specialists of the college participate in the meetings and provide information regarding the agenda items.
