

1. Infrastructure and General Services
The library operates according to the event plan approved by the College Director. The reading room is fully equipped to serve readers, featuring 4 computers connected to high-speed internet.
A permanent, large-scale educational exhibition titled “Educated Generation – Future of the Nation” is organized in the reading room. The exhibition includes the following thematic sections:
The Constitution and State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Presidential Addresses;
“Kazakh Country – Mangilik (Eternal)”;
“The Country’s Future Begins Today”;
“South – My Native Land”;
“Reading College”;
“The Past is History”;
“Dictionaries and Reference Books.”
2. Collection Development
In accordance with the college profile and curricula, the library continues to replenish its resources. For the 2023-2024 academic year, the following were acquired:
1,315 technical books (in Kazakh and Russian) based on technical specifications.
141 fiction books for general reading.

4. Conclusion
The library functions as a vital intellectual hub for both students and faculty. The reading room provides all necessary opportunities for academic research and personal growth, successfully integrating traditional reading with modern digital formats.
